  • Proof of driver’s course for patient transport
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Current Driver’s Abstract
  • Criminal Record Check (CRC)
  • Clean D&A test (drug & alcohol)
  • Certified D&A Technician considered an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of supervised experience as a paramedic
  • Current CPR/AED Certification

Jiffy Lube

Jiffy Lube Cold Lake and Bonnyville are looking to hire Lube Technicians.

 

  • Start date is immediate
  • Pay at $17.00 per hour
  • 90 days probation period, on-the-job training and support

 

Hours of work:

 

  • CL North: Weekdays 9am –5pm, Sat 9am –6pm & Sun 11am – 5pm
  • CL South: Monday to Saturday 10am – 6pm
  • Bonnyville: Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 6pm

 

Job Summary

 

The ideal candidates will have a passion for automotive repair and providing excellent customer service.

As a Lube Technicians, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance services on vehicles.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles.
  • Check and top off fluid levels as needed.
  • Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Utilize hand tools effectively.

 

Qualifications

 

  • First Aide with CPR preferred
  • Prior experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.Excellent customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with oil change procedures is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools.
  • Customer service skills to explain vehicle maintenance requirements to customers.
  • Willingness to learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field.

  • Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
  • Strong working knowledge of restaurant industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Ability to supervise employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
