Job Summary

Jiffy Lube is looking for a hands on, people first Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and create a workplace where both customers and technicians leave happier than they arrived.

This is not a desk job. This is a roll up your sleeves, lead from the bay, set the pace kind of role.

Duties

• Manage daily store operations, inventory, and workflow to ensure compliance and quality standards, including work with Primco Commercial management to achieve and maintain success

• Lead, coach, and schedule a team of technicians

• Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer experiences every time

• Hit sales targets through honest recommendations and strong service standards/Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient shop

• Train staff on procedures, upselling, and customer care

• Handle customer concerns with confidence and professionalism

• When necessary, coordinate with other Jiffy Lube Store Managers in Cold Lake and Bonnyville.

Requirements

• Previous automotive related service or quick lube experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate a team and hold high standards
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands-on environment
• Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Organized, reliable, and customer focused
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds)
