Job Summary

At Hard Deck Smoke House & Rec Room, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will make sure our Guests have everything they need from appitizers to desserts, tailoring their style to meet the needs of our Guests. Servers are responsible for the accuracy of the entire order as well as maintaining a positive and Guest focused attitude through the entire experience. They demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.

Duties

• Greet all guests and present menus
• Take orders from guests and place them into the POS
• Serve food & beverage items as ordered in a timely fashion
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries
• Clear dishes and replenish washed service ware
• Prepare and stock all service items, including maintaining assigned par levels
• Prepare checks, process transactions, and guest payments when required
• Maintain dining room to ensure the utmost visual appeal and Brand alignment
• Comply with and implement all health, food safety, and hygiene standards and policies
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• ProServe and Reel Facts AGLC Certification
• Proven experience in customer service
• Confident in connecting with people in an outgoing, positive and upbeat manner
• Team player – assist in a positive Guest experience, however necessary
• Energetic – ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable sharing positive experiences about food and drink
